Pros

- It is a great team to work with. - It's close to 2 years since I joined HackerEarth. Until now, not even a single day I felt bad or bored about the work that I'm doing here. It is always challenging and pushes me to learn many new things both personally and professionally. - As an engineer, you will get full access to the entire codebase and the infrastructure from the day 1 and that itself speaks about the transparency and the amount of belief that the company has in its engineers. But yes, freedom comes with responsibility. - Great work flexibility and most important of all, people here will listen and respect your choices and preferences. (completely democratic) - People are always approachable irrespective of their positions. You can walk up to anyone in the team anytime and they will be happy to help you. - Nope. You don't have to be a core CS guy from a premier institute to be here. The selection process is completely objective and you will only be judged based on your skills and your attitude towards work.

Cons

Need for quicker product decisions.
