Pros

The company offers free education, steady walk ins on busy days, good product, free business cards and coupons to pass out to prospective clients starting out.

Cons

The hours are flexible for certain people so their performance numbers would go up causing others to go down. There were times of lack of product for services. I was told to just jump right in with no initial training. The overall experience was not happy environment.
