Great Company, Pain in the butt to build clientele

Pros

Great salons, many locations, most of the time its busy, you can make good $

Cons

You don't have a book so its hard to build clientele. I would pass out coupons and cards, and if they call they cannot make an appt with me, so the person that answers the phone will tell them to come in, there will be someone to service them. You can get a book if you have a lot of requests, so thats a pro.

the pay, if you make commission one week and not the next you get hourly both weeks. So even if you do 1000 one wek and 400 the nxt you do not make commission either week. We cannot wear supportive shoes without .a doc note. They want.to take away our mats and not compensate us. We cannot have any personal items nor sit in .the back and read a magazine on dwn time. The new company policies suck, always changing. Maybe the higher up's need to do the hard manual labor for once instead of sitting on their asses collecting all of our hard earned money.
