management doesn't listen to employee complaints and concerns, the best options for management aren't chosen, management treats no one fairly, management discriminates against clients

insurance is a big thing with anyone right now also the promotions you are able to recieve

holidays should be how they used to work 2 off 2. higher % on retail would also be nice after you make a certain amount in services for x amount of weeks you should then be granted the option of taking appointments or not.
