Amazing, work/office flexibility. The business has strong growth opportunities, innovation idea's which brings career development. I like that the company has a strong focus on employees, with good health and wellbeing programs, additional leave- wellness days and reward and recognition for going above and beyond.

Cons

Better systems and tech initiatives for the business to be considered. We do at times work in silos across some of the functions. It would be great to be able to be aware and to share some of the great work that is being done globally and locally.

Fantastic company to work for, especially during these first few months and years. Quality people and interesting work to get stuck into. I'm inspired by the potential of the company and my career journey as a result.

Feels very siloed, need to improve ways of working, sharing and processes Leadership, strategy and planned activity could be clearer Investment in Tech needed to enable organization to succeed
