Haleon lives its values! My experience has been exceptional and my most wonderful experience is that everyone matters and that is where keeping it human, and that value comes into play. It is exciting to see how they value their employees. Even though I am not client-facing I love the fact that I get to be part of an organisation that helps change people's lives and knowing that I am part of it!

Cons

I honestly have not had any issues working for Haleon! I would refer the organisation to anyone.

Depending on the supporting region, the region that I was in required very long working hours. Silo working culture, you have to be really independent in your job.
