      Pros

      It's a paycheck. It's better than nothing. It's not physically demanding.

      Cons

      This job makes it difficult to make plans to spend time with family, set appointments, etc. Expect to be woken up at all hours of the night. Pay structure is too complex. Once you figure it out, you will realize it's close to minimum wage and just not worth it. Also, you lose any pay bonuses if you set your drive camera off.

      To receive a routine paycheck.

      Low pay, low morale, no opportunities for skilled employees, expect a lot out of employees without a corresponding salary.

      Used to be a nice, locally owned company

      Cons

      Canadian Corporation bought and, although profitable, paid only half of promised bonuses and canceled 401k matching without notice.
