Collective agreement is week no benefits poor wages. No guarantee of hours on call work. Employees bully new drivers Drivers are hostile. Steel company vehicles. Lie about hours steel calls from other drivers. Union is week does not understand job position or policy. More interested in union dues then membership

Treated bad by management and other drivers, senior drivers get all trip and as spare you sit and wait on spare board 24/7.
