Pros

For some of the employees that are left you can find good people. People that believe in themselves and are not one of the minions that are led like sheep to slaughter by a wolf in disguise.

Cons

Terrible management without guidance or knowledge of how to be a positive force within a company. With all the countless meetings that are conducted one would think there would be oustanding improvements. Too much talk about nothing and too much time being wasted living their lives by spreadsheets that do not tell the truth about the state of the company.
