Unfortunately, in so many ways a classic toxic workplace. Hamilton fires at will. Expect no loyalty, your job is based solely on a contractual relationship. Expect to have to cope with moments of arrogance, hostility, gossip, and highly unprofessional behavior by certain employees and managers. Extremely high turnover rate at this company largely due to exploitive tactics employed. Furthermore, cronyism and nepotism are common place at Hamilton. The business ethics are low. I could not recommend Hamilton to a friend or colleague in good faith or conscience.

This company is successful in spite of themselves. They have very manual processes and it is amazing at the amount of time that is wasted working around the limitations of their antiquates systems. The management is extremely dysfunctional. Some groups seem to have very professional leadership while others were among the worst managers I've seen in my 20+ year career. They have no funded business continuation plan, which is a pending death sentence for a privately held company with unprofessional senior leadership.
