The only positive thing i can say is that i only stayed for so long because I had job security.

Cons

HORRIBLE management, no guidance, treated admins like slaves, added more duties to our job on a weekly basis which added more stress to the admins and wouldn't give a raise nor did they ever appreciate the hard work i put in. They were too busy pointing out minor mistakes and never praised us for the good things we did. They are so unorganized and unprofessional and work flow constantly changes, so their was never any consistency . I'm so glad i was able to finally leave

Pros

Great feeling to help people all day. Benefits are ok but if you take a vacation do not expect anyone to cover for you. You will come back to a mountain of work and mgmt will not give you time to catch up without a write up!

Cons

Open door policy is a joke! You tell the truth and you put a target on yourself! Compliance hotline is not confidential either. You will be forced out or fired. Best thing you can do is keep everything to yourself, do the best you can and expect nothing in return...unless you are in the click. The bonus plan is a joke as well. Area managers are very greedy to keep it for themselves and the click they keep by their side.

Cons

Since losing Ivan Sable, CEO, the company has been misled by executives from other industries that have no idea how to run an O&P based business; the disaster pus stock decline proves it.
