Pros

Most of the clinic staff are good to work with and have a great team spirit. They really try to provide great customer services even in difficult times. New clinic President Sam Liang seems to be a breath of fresh air.

Cons

With the partial implementation of a electronic health care records system the expectation of the administrative staff is unrealistic. Though the senior leadership team says they have a good understanding of the issues, I think their eye is more on financial issues and they have no idea the level of stress taking place in the front offices of the clinics that have transitioned to the new system.

No defined career path for employees, silo'd leadership, zero accountability as leadership blames ex-employees for systemic problems, vendors get blamed when projects miss the mark, execs are more worried about perception instead of profitability, corporate culture = monthly pizza party

Horrible management, craps salary,no advancement,too much of a higher up buddy system.if you're not a buddy,you go nowhere.waste of time.don't drink the koolaid.
