Pros

it's a job - and a regular pay check

Cons

Over worked - expectations are way too high for each employee. We can't keep office administrators because there is no training. All we hear about is keeping costs down. We are told that labor costs are too high, but there are not enough employees to keep up with the demand.

Pros

1. Empowering human potential, great cause and rewarding effort to deliver medical innovations and solutions to patients

Cons

Poor Leadership at the top position with Vinit Asar. Company stock declining fast since T. Kirk was CEO. Good people leaving the organization fast, and for good reason. Attrition rate is a direct result of Vinit's leadership ability. He favors female subordinates over male subordinates - easier to manipulate. My guess, recent responses come from females with Vinit direction!

Pros

Good network of professionals. Tough on administrators.

Cons

Nepotism prevailed at RVP level in Florida where several high quality professionals were silenced, threatened, or lost their job altogether. The SEC and Wall Street figured it out, why didn't Sr. Management?
