I can't say enough positive things about this place! I loved working here and was really sad to leave. Family oriented Competitive pay & benefits Amazing company culture Great people Upbeat and positive atmosphere

Cons

There aren't really any. There's my have normal company growing pains, but management seems focused on hiring and keeping quality A class employees.

Pros

Excellent culture. Family owned company. CEO is forward thinking and promotes a culture of "family first" values. Earning potential is above average. Growth goals are realistic.

Cons

Disconnect between HQ and field operations. Lack of field leadership.

Pros

Nice, newer building. The actual work is not hard, or too demanding. Owners are pleasant and on site. There are many employee appreciation events that are hard to come by at other businesses.

Cons

Department managers are basically power hungry and talk negatively about each other. Your work environment can be drastically different depending on which department you are in. There is pressure to conform to Harbor's culture. The pay difference between departments is shocking. When someone quits they will make it appear as though the person was fired.
