Pros

Work schedule. Upper management, sales team, and drivers are all outstanding. Overall a great company to work for or do business with.

Cons

Micromanaged at times. No room for growth within the company. Minimal benefits. Always uncertain of how your load was going to be arranged. Communication.

Pros

Harbor is a family-owned company with visionary leadership and opportunities for growth for those starting out in entry-level positions. The company hosts great events to promote employee morale and employee-vendor-customer engagement. Great senior management (VPs, CEO, COO, CFO).

Cons

Salaried employees are given high expectations (sometimes unreasonably) with limited autonomy and few opportunities for additional training, professional development, and team building. Opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, primarily given the size of the company, and inconsistent displays of quality leadership and company values amid some (not all) mid-level management (Directors), which are damaging to the company's reputation with the outside community.
