Once a great employer, now well below average.

Pros

Most of the people are great to work with.

Cons

Not much good to say anymore. No work life balance, HR and leadership are eager to terminate employees. A steady flow of employees have been running out the door for the last several years. The work environment is toxic with little support from managers and above. Most benefits have either eliminated or significantly reduced. A sinking ship and we don't even have buckets to bail it out.

Pros

Employee discount, tuition reimbursement, onsite fitness center with personal training, opportunity to work at customer events,

Cons

Awful managers (the worst I have ever seen), finger pointing, skape goating, bad behavior of some coworkers (bullying) was not only allowed but almost encouraged, management going in too many directions at one time, too much pressure/stress, too many meetings, uppity executives, too many "contract" workers.

Could be better.

Pros

Overall the best part of working at Harley-Davidson is the fact that you are building vehicles that people dream about getting. Customers are brand loyal and it's awesome to be part of that.

Cons

Currently, there is too much micromanaging. The people hired to do jobs aren't given the authority to make decisions. Instead the higher ups, who don't have knowledge of how things work, are making the decisions. Projects take forever to get moving forward. Needs to become more agile.
