Cool fellow worker bees. Motorcycle parking.

Cons

Lack of skilled talent, people get jobs by being friends with someone or flirting with someone. Abusive leadership, when you try to report incidents it is held against you. No room for growth, terrible benefits. Shut down over holiday is nice but they don't tell you how many weekends you have to to work. Strange culture where management is best friends and gangs up on employees. They actually have a day where they pull up your picture and talk about you. They love gossip. If you liked high school this is a place for you!

Pros

Decent facilities, certain type of brand recognition, occasionally good family events around Christmas. The work force in the ranks are the biggest pros, but that mostly goes unnoticed by management.

Cons

The culture used to be good but eroded to one of back-biting and intentional misinformation from management to the employees. It was like war was waged on the employees 5+ years ago and it's been all about corporate politics, clock-watching, morale problems and layoffs ever since, pure products of bad leadership.

The people here are great. The compensation & perks used to be great!

Cons

Stress, Stress, Stress No promotions, No personal growth, work-life balance the life part of it no longer exists. Management still thinks this is the greatest place in the world to work at "WRONG" most people here don't trust management anymore and are actively looking to move on! still too much of the good ole boys club, if your in good with your dept. manager you got it made, the rest of us have to take up their slack! lab leads & managers here are a joke!
