New CEO is making positive changes to hopefully eliminate annual layoffs and restructurings. Salaries, product, and the culture are the clear positives.

Cons

Annual layoffs, perpetual product and business strategy changes make the work environment challenging. Employee talents, education, and strengths are often overlooked, not recognized, or not leveraged based on good-old-person network or self preservation.

Cons

York is a lackluster location. Zero-work- life balance. Salaried employees in operations average 65+ hours a week. Ole boys club with management that protects their "bros" and comes down hard on others. Almost no growth opportunities. Most of the people there have been there 20+ years or a year or less with no in-between. Their teach-forward teach back philosophy is all theory and no practice. Abosolutely chaotic place with super high turnover.

Cons

Very poor company ethics, I was terminated after less than one year due to restructuring. No opportunities for advancement.
