      Pros

      - Decent SF/bay area-based salary - Allows fully remote - Great starting org if you're new to the tech world & the perks that come with it - 10 extra 3 day weekends (1/month, outside of Nov/Dec) - Lots of career opportunities

      Cons

      - If you've worked in any other tech org this feels exactly the same - People are blindly focused on their individual goals and generally only care about their individual perception - Antiquated, accrued PTO policy - Most departments are understaffed - Poor work-life balance - Slogan of "Get Ship Done" drives the company to greatly err on the side of surface-level accomplishments that don't actually grow the business - Poor planning - 5 Day work week

      Innovative product, seems to be solving customer pains

      Cons

      Worst sales culture I've ever been apart of. Expect to have zero work/life balance.. It seems like they try to hire people that don't have families so that you're expected to work insane hours and constantly travel for needless off-sites. I think I saw in an internal system that under 30% of the sales team have kids. Would highly highly recommend to look into alternatives

      CEO has the vision and is solving major pai in the market.

      Cons

      Sales Strategy is a lack luster, and quota was largely unattainable. There are pockets of greatness, but they are few and far between.
