Pros

The team is very tight and helpful, wether in the office or remote Enablement is very solid and there is a continuous learning culture Leadership is very solid and reliable Technology is top-notch and getting a lot of interest from customers, very interesting to work on! Working from London as an SDR for the EMEA market, Harness gave me access to a co-working space and flexible hours of work. I have weekly remote meetings with my team to share best practices, help each other and feel part of the team. I work very tightly with the rest of the EMEA team and we meet for lunch regularly to discuss the strategy and celebrate success. Every quarter, the team flies to the HQ for training and QBR, and Harness makes sure that our team in reinforced for trade shows, events and specific PoV.

Cons

Start-up life is not for everybody
