      Pros

      Almost every day has been exciting after joining Harness. It has been a roller coaster ride while solving difficult problems, working with top notch developers and an amazing sales engineering team. Fast paced start-up environment where everyone is willing to work hard and succeed as a team. Flat hierarchy provides opportunity to work with CTO on a regular basis.

      Pros

      - Helpful, empathetic peers - Transparency in all verticals - sales, engineering as well as HR - Senior engineers have built successful products in the past - The company featured in the Breakout List in 2018 (which is a good signal of future projection of the company's success) - Weekly or bi-weekly happy-hours

      Cons

      - Need to stay awake till late sometimes to interact with the US team. It's inevitable at this stage, but the number of such instances have reduced over the last few months.
