Pros

Harness has proved to be a great company for the initial push to my career path. The problem is big and there is a lot of scope for breakthroughs. It's been a significant time here and I'm already enjoying the projects assigned and the kind of mentorship I am in. Also worth mentioning about Jyoti Bansal(CEO of Harness), he is a rockstar and definitely a lot to learn from him.

Pros

I have just joined harness and already feeling as a part of it. Great people with high energy , so much dedicated to their work. All this creates an energetic environment for you to work. Everything is transparent and as a new joinee I have full insight of the whole product. Great leadership. You get to work on really big projects from the starting which makes you explore more on your capabilities and learn more.

Cons

As of now I don't see any.

1. There are ample learning opportunities as company is gearing for solving and building product which is essential for software industry. 2. There is a great drive towards building great product in each individual soul inside the company. 3. Revenue growth is healthy and leaders are having very well thought vision. 4. Plenty of opportunities to grow. 5. Fun, friendly, challenging work environment. 6. Early stock options in startup which is on right trajectory for IPO :).
