      1. Great engineering product. You will get a lot of exposure to the tech world like AWS, GCP, K8S etc. 2. Awesome culture. Almost everyone hired is with the right attitude, are friendly and never deter from lending a helping hand. 3. You get value for your work or thoughts in this company. 4. Great leadership and vision for the company.

      Cons

      Late night meetings/sync-ups with the remote team.

      1. This is an awesome company with great people having a positive mindset, self-motivated and on a mission to make it Big Success. 2. You will find smart people here. 3. Company culture is good. 4. Perks and Benefits are good. 5. Huge opportunity to grow. 6. Open to ideas and you will be given ownership to implement the same.

      It's still small company. It will take some time for things to formalize and implementing the proper process in place.

      1. It's almost a year since I have joined Harness. I never regretted my decision for a second. 2. There is always enough work and projects for engineers to work on, which is great for learning. 3. Higher management is transparent and listens to your feedback and acts on it. 4. Most importantly, it is an amazing feeling to work for a product that makes such a big difference to the customers. 5. Office culture of a startup : Smart and Hardworking coworkers who genuinely care about helping you out accessible, down-to-earth executives

      Cons

      A perfect company does not exist, but there is very little I can say negatively about Harness.
