      Pros

      Lots of room for growth Transparency within the company Great group of people to work with and inspiring leadership Lots of face time from executives Work-life balance is important to the company. Fun team outings and happy hours Several corporate sponsored meals Fully stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks Overall it's a wonderful place to work and I feel lucky to be here!

      - cutting-edge technology - proven-track-record CEO ( founded and sold AppDynamics into Cisco for $3.7 billion) - phenomenal culture of start-up ownership mentality - A+ players for co-workers - office space is great and centrally located - still growing as a company, so everyone can contribute and be a part of making history

      - need more office space to support the growth

      Pros

      There are many good things to list about Harness but these are on the top of my list: a good culture, experienced teams - hungry and full of energy, great leaders, transparent process, opportunities to work with bleeding edge techs. If you are a silo builder or looking for a corporate ladder to climb, this is not your place.

      Cons

      The kitchen may give you a few pounds more.
