      Pros

      You get to work with some of the best engineers, highly motivated team who want to solve a very important, difficult problem with respect to software delivery. The management is very motivated and customer focussed and the entire company works as a single team to achieve success.

      Not much really. Get ready to move fast . Expectations are sky high !!
