Team environs, students, ability to think outside the box

Cons

Leadership has been lacking for so many years. Harper keeps hiring admins and not clerical staff, pro techs like myself, or faculty. We have too many generals and nto enough soldiers, so to speak. And, the current president is a joke, comes up with dozens of new initiatives every day, out of touch with students, very out of touch with workers.
