Pros

There is always something new to learn on the job and Harris has always been there to help the learning process and support everyone in there career and life goals. Management has changed over the years but the culture put in place has lasted and it has fostered a team of driven dedicated people that actually care about each other and the work being done.

Cons

The Coffee is subpar and needs to be updated. (although it is still very appreciated that it is provided, that was just the only Con I could think of.)
