Pros

Fabulous coworkers (smart, strategic, client focused)

Cons

Organization is profoundly dysfunctional and struggling to grow and compete. Turnover is high and engagement is incredibly low. Senior leaders are clueless. If you're looking for a fulfilling place to work, it likely won't be here.

As a professional development company, we strive to ensure that our leaders are the best they can be, as well as create an innovative culture where people feel safe to share their ideas and improvements. We are also currently working on career pathing plans so our employees can have more transparency on how to reach the next levels in their careers. We are disappointed to hear that you are not having a positive experience and would welcome any additional feedback for how we can improve in these areas. Pros

free parking, free copies of HBR. nice view. Some really great people and some not so great people.

Cons

Loss of Josh as acting CEO caused anguish. Poorly organized and siloed, slow to move, cliques formed that barred many from advancement if they weren't part of the "in" crowd.
