      Good benefits package, flexible wfh hours.

      Cons

      Toxic male work environment, no strong leadership or structure, no room to grow or be promoted. Playing favorites. After Covid, company lost all of its sparkle and passion, really just went downhill. New CEO not making any good changes.

      Pros

      Reputable company within the toy industry. Flexibility especially when it comes to having a family that requires your attention (dr. appointments, school drop off & pick up). Half day Friday's. Nice people to work with.

      Cons

      Hard to move around/up within. Small fish in a big sea. The pay is not competitive.
