      Pros

      Nice people and growth opportunities. Very creative design team. Every other team/job is boring and monotonous

      Cons

      It is a culture of people who have worked there for decades, which sounds like it’s a great company to work for, but I think people in Rhode Island get “stuck”. The Pawtucket office and desks are so bleak and people don’t allow for a learning curve. Not a culture of asking “stupid” questions
