Pros

Free snacks and coffee. Great people and creatives building the company from the bottom.

Cons

Hasbro used to be a great place to work. It was progressive, valued its people, and flexible for working parents. The new Executive Leadership team does not care about you. Everyone is stretched thin, taking on the workload of past layoffs with no extra compensation on top of personal responsibilities. Morale is at an all time low. Just when we thought it couldn't get worse, they announce they're taking away half day Fridays and mandating RTO. This leadership team has driven this company into the ground.

Pros

Good benefits package, flexible wfh hours.

Cons

Toxic male work environment, no strong leadership or structure, no room to grow or be promoted. Playing favorites. After Covid, company lost all of its sparkle and passion, really just went downhill. New CEO not making any good changes.

Pros

Capitalistic material bs The food was good.

Cons

Contract workers are treated as disposable if you don’t drink the koolaid. It’s unfortunate what many get away with. #metoo
