      good work experience but no chance for growth

      Pros

      Projects turn over really quickly so you're always working on something new. Interesting experience to work there with the time change between US and China. The company is awesome and treats theirs employees well with fun events like olympics and three wheeler races in the employee parking lot.

      Cons

      Didn't seem like much opportunity to move up but instead you just move to different teams. Upper management changes direction often at the expense of the employees who have to implement the change.

      Pros

      It is a friendly company, descent health insurance and has a lot of perks.

      Cons

      Every department is different. Management is different. Some excel, some don't. Find it hard to get promoted with in the department. Sometimes there is unfairness.
