Pros

Amazing talents (creative, engineering, marketing). Great resources. Achievable Marketing plans for growth

Cons

Very "clique-ish" team and department culture. Very disconnected senior supervisory staff Very stereotypical "New England" small coastal town mentality. Poor parking, baaad roads, crazy aggressive police presence (Police force functions a a revenue stream for the town, brutal speed/parking/tags/registration/etc., enforcement policies.

Decent benefits, some really neat and interesting people.

Cons

Lack of transparency, failing HR services, "Old Boy" network, females do not get ahead, poor pay, poor growth, lack of mentorship, yearly goals/reviews mean very little, and at time a very discouraging atmosphere.
