Pros

- The toy industry can be fun (despite the current decline), but you are definitely more into the products you're selling - There is a global wish to do positive things for people around the world - There is lots of opportunities to grow & develop projects

Cons

- The market decline had a huge impact on the company (Layoffs) - Sometimes you can feel that everything is decided in the U.S., and that you have no power to change thing if you're not working there

Pros

Great product and talented people. Flexible work hours. Half day Fridays. Bonus are generous once you get to that pay grade.

Cons

Career path isn't clear. They losing lots of knowledge and talent due to downsizing every 5-9 yrs. Many of the pros of working there are also being eliminated like half day Fridays. Corporation goals and objectives are unclear.
