Pros

CEO is top notch and is leading this company in a great direction. Management is full of great leaders. You get to take on different projects and work with different departments. So many great and free snacks all the time.

Cons

Wouldn't be good for you if you are looking for a stable, unchanging structure. Havenpark is rapidly growing and in the 6 months I've been here, a lot has changed. At times this has led to some disorganization. But this could also be a Pro for some people.

Pros

It's exciting to go to work each day knowing that you are a valued member of the team and that everyone cares about you, and that's what I love most about working at Havenpark Communities. Everybody is so nice and friendly. The supervisors are really easygoing. Plus the fridge is always stocked with lots of snacks if you're ever feeling hungry. Overall, I've loved working at Havenpark so far and I can't wait to be a part of what the future holds for this company!

Cons

Haven't worked here long enough to see any negative things about the company. Overall, it's been a really positive experience.
