I get to work still.

Cons

Frantic pace with little communication at times. Groundskeepers feel like an after thought and this corporation has little regards to that position leaving the groundskeepers to feel under appreciated and unequal to other employees in the company for multiple reasons.

We have implemented an awards program where every quarter we recognize employees who have excelled in our five core values by awarding winners with $250. We also have a Groundskeeper of the Year Award where the honoree receives $1,000. We are putting in efforts to improve and we will always try to do more.
