Great culture. Really friendly people and the company does a good job of taking care of us. Relaxed environment, but everyone here is getting things done. Leadership is approachable and personable. Great vision and plan for the company. I know that my work has an impact. I am trusted and given the autonomy to get things done and provide insights and direction. With that, teams are very collaborative and know that they all need to be pulling in the same direction, even if there is some ambiguity that comes with start-up life. Mission driven. Really focused on creating caring communities and providing high quality places to live at an affordable price.

I have had a great experience working at Havenpark Communities. The people that work at this company are incredible individuals. I have never seen so much talent! I truly feel the company is positively progressing each and every day. I am grateful to be a part of such a wonderful company!

Cons

I don't necessarily see this as a con but it is very fast-paced.
