A lot of growth, new communities are added quite often. The bonus structure is attainable compared to other companies. The company truly cares about you and the properties they own.

Pros

Coworkers are great and make the workplace fun! HR also tries to schedule "office morale days".

Cons

Management does NOT listen to employees, is unwilling to change outdated systems or systems that don't work well. Management is also not open to ideas from female employees. Management does not acknowledge work of employees and downplays work of employees to prevent giving out raises/bonuses. Management claims to provide "unlimited" PTO but becomes upset when PTO is taken even for medical emergencies. Management and HR don't provide adequate work-life balance and expect salaried employees to work well beyond 40 hours a week and be available during scheduled PTO.
