Pros

Havenpark is growing so rapidly so for those who are ambitious and eager to learn, there is a lot of room for growth within the company. I have learned more in 3 years working for Havenpark than I have at any other job, or school. While working at Havenpark, my child became sick and was at the hospital for several months. Havenpark was so understanding and eager to help me out in any way they could. If you can keep up with the expectations, it is very fulfilling to work for Havenpark.

Cons

There are extremely high expectations of everybody at Havenpark and the pressure can be very tough on some. This is definitely not a company where you can just clock in and clock out.

Pros

The company tends to move very quickly and gives its managers a lot of latitude to execute on the strategy. A great place to be if you are looking for opportunities to develop new professional skill sets, take on more responsibility, and lead a high-performing team. It is also a highly accountable culture where real value creation is rewarded generously.

Cons

The pace can be difficult for some. Not a great place if you prefer heavier management oversight or if you tend to freeze in ambiguous situations.

Pros

Lunch while in your second week of training

Cons

This may be due to the one I worked at which was Springbrook. I made it not even three weeks and put in my two weeks. Which I then received a rude text from the always high stressed Community Manager that basically said “good luck to you”? Professional is not a word I would use with this Community. All I heard was how overworked and over stressed the Sales Agent and Community Manager were. To new hires that’s a big no no! Especially someone who has experience and may offer that experience. My setup was a joke! I would never get an application let alone a sale at this place as it was clear their Sales Agent was a top seller as I was reminded often of this. I figured that out quickly. I asked the first week “why am I even here”? I was not setup to actually succeed I was setup to help their stressed out Sales Agent who simply didn’t want to keep working every Saturday. Waste of miles and gas and a huge regret as I always wanted to work for this company.
