Egregiously over-priced product for the overwhelming majority of applications, however top notch solution for those few remaining use-cases Long hours - wasted time in layers of bureaucracy and useless fudging of work so superiors can claim their initiatives effective Slightly lower wages High-pressure environment

The company is growing fast so there's lots of room for innovators and people who want to use hard work to create their own future.

Cons

Best place I ever worked. Start up company life style isnt for everyone, but if you like it you will love Hazelcast.
