Patient contact. It’s rewarding to see the change of the patients from when they admit to discharge.

Cons

Where do I begin. This place has been mismanaged since Mark Mishek became CEO. They have done many cutbacks and layoffs to many times in the last two years.

Pay is not bad in my area. My immediate supervisor and co-workers are great.

Cons

The senior leadership of this organization is excessively greedy, self-centered, and horrifically narcissistic. They are engaging in extreme cost cutting measures that make it impossible to do our jobs and create an environment of sheer misery.

I would except there aren't any.

Cons

Management is incompetent and fake. Be prepared to be lied to by your manager/supervisor. Supervisor is a known liar through out department. No respect for employees. Management is top heavy with no management experience. High turnover because people leave when they figure out the place is a joke. No direct link to HR, and HR is just as incompetent.
