Many hardworking, compassionate people who are willing to take low salaries to help others.

Cons

Toxic office atmosphere. CEO Liz Giordano is extremely unprofessional. She enjoys wielding her power to patronize and humiliate all levels of staff in front of everyone. Totally unnecessary and uncalled for behavior to show everyone who's boss.
