      The pay is low. The GM is a idiot the **bosses** are all about them self don't care any of us

      The clients are great. The pay is ok.

      Cons

      The place is very chaotic. Management in the residences are incompetent. 9 times out of 10 you might get put on admin leave or fired because of a decision that they made. Example: The manager leaves the keys in the van and an Individual tries to drive off. The CEO is a bully and human resources is racist.
