      We are a company in the human service field yet the employees are treated horribly!

      The consumers and the friendships you forge with good people that truly care!

      Cons

      When the CEO drives a Ferrari and has swanky places in the hamptons and in manhattan, seems quite pretentious and shows absolutely no respect for her employees!

      Pros

      Most people are nice, I was given the opportunity to start position without experience.

      Cons

      NO TRAINING WHAT SO EVER!! Asked multiple times for training and would be put off to the side. Couldn't help my families due to the lack of training. Did not feel the management sets one up for success. No one has time to train you because everyone is always busy. Constantly being told different things by anyone you ask for help.

      The company had a great company mission. There is a lot of opportunity to learn a lot of on the job experience

      Cons

      Poor management and chaotic. The company is more reactive and never proactive and doesn't plan accordingly. They need to work on being more organized.
