I started out as a DSP and made my way to director. HIA loves to hire from within and promote their own. I have been employed here for almost 7 years and have felt a huge shift in the past year or so. Great things are on the horizon. I am happy to work here. I would say the benefits and vacation package is also wonderful.

Cons

There is a lot of responsibility.

None- toxic environment as well as admin

Cons

Took them long enough to fire the CEO - how one person could be so demeaning and condescending and the Board never figured it out.
