Pros

Higher pay that most preschools and day care. Great benefits.

Cons

Overwhelming expectations Unrealistic goals Management does not provide support Data is the driving force, not people. Disregard for teaching staff with drowning classrooms in paperwork On paper, employees are encouraged to voice their concerns, but in actuality, when they do they are told that it's a negative approach in doing so. Point system is designed for robots who never get sick, have family members that get sick or emergencies. Employees are required to have certain degrees, but you receive points if classes are not at night. You must use personal time to attend classes to gain the degree that the agency requires of you. Meeting federal and state requirements are not enough so the bar is out of reach so staff feel like they are failing daily. Extremely stressful environment.
