Pros

Great place for underprivileged children to learn and grow. Excellent education and support staff Monday-Thursday were nine hour days, Friday 4 hours; I prefer to work longer and have Friday afternoons off.

Cons

Only received cost of living raise if federal government gave one. Program federally funded.
