Very poor management, punitive, not allowed to take personal time because they're so understaffed, quick to write you up, not supportive

Feel valued and supported College education paid for Pay is great in relation to other EC programs Work hard and be diligent, and you will go far with this agency.

Cons

Attendance policy needs review Work-life balance can be hard Some aspects and departments are overly managed and others need more.

None. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Cons

Punitive, egotistical, narcissistic leadership!!! Any review that says that they love working there and anything negative is due to federal regulations is evidently written by a current management member. Don't be fooled!!! Great staff, but horrible management. Don't work here.
