Pros

The pay is good, supportive coworkers and supervisors. Lots of training available, paid holidays and breaks. You get breakfast lunch and snack with the kids.

Cons

Trainings didn't prepare me, stressful, drains your energy, building wasn't prepared for students, behaviors with children not solved or given support by ELSs. You don't get a lunch break just 15 min for the 9 hours you work
