I met several smart, ambitious people who were passionate about the work they were doing.

Cons

This company practices wage suppression. During my tenure I never saw any kind of wage increase or bonus, despite promises from the CEO at one point to evaluate employee compensation and adjust for new market rates. The company announced at an All Hands meeting that they were going to implement a formal review process but a year went by and nothing happened. Without a process in place there is no platform for discussion of achievements, areas for improvement, raises, or goal setting. There is little room for negotiation. And no way to really measure how you are performing. You're on your own here. Whomever considers working at this company I advise you to negotiate for the highest salary you can get because you won’t see it rise. Edit: I would like to add that I did ask my supervisor for an individual performance review, and was denied
